So I'm 5'5 and I weigh 200 pounds and have a PSW work. Slightly active . Also I use a treadmill jogging / walking tilt switch up for about 60 minutes 4-5 times a week. Burning 500 cals and eat a few back . Or none . I have set my goal for 1320 cals a day for 2 pounds a week loss . I have not lost any weight according to my scale ! As for the measures I'm down 2 inches .. Not very motivating when the scale is not decreasing , but overall I feel better and my clothes feel like that better. But I would love to see some results ... I'm pretty good with maintaining around 1320 cals and keep my eating healthy. Sooo why I have not seen a change in numbers on the scale ? I tried this site to see what the calorie intake I should do, and this place is known by different sets of weights and calorie shifting as u hit that weight. So , for £ 200 which says I should be eating 1500 calories as sum ... http://magrodieta.com/
